Fail2ban complaint configs

Configs for Fail2ban 0.8 or higher, which you can use to send complaints to DShield, myNetWatchman and the ISP concerned (from the whois record - inspired by a similar plugin for Denyhosts).

Installation is easy: just drop them in /etc/fail2ban/action.d, override the necessary values in *.local files in the same directory (details of what's required are at the top of each file), and add them in as additional actions to your existing jails in jail.conf (again, examples at the top of each file).

These are early releases; they have been working well for me for over 2 months (on CentOS 4 and Fedora 8 with Fail2ban 0.8.2 and 0.8.3), but any feedback on how they work for you is welcome! They will be included in the next release of Fail2ban (0.8.4, due out sometime before the end of 2008); until then they'll be available here.
